Anjali Dhunna, Gallery Steward

Who are you and what do you do?

Hi, my name is Anjali Dhunna and I am currently a Gallery Steward primarily working in the Verey Gallery. I am also a student studying Physical Geography at university.

What made you want to work in the Museums and Galleries at Eton College?

I absolutely love visiting museums and galleries, the range of culture and history combined in an educational outlet compliments my degree very well. When I saw the opening for a gallery steward I couldn’t stop myself at the chance to work behind the scenes and be a part of delivering this to the wider public!

Do you have a favourite item and why?

My favourite item would have to be the ‘View of Windermere and Belle Isle’ by William Green which was depicted in the Watercolours exhibition. The painting captures the dramatic landscape, with the cloudy overview increasing the realism of the scene.
